This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the value for money was outstanding. We were pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices, especially considering the high quality of service and facilities provided. Secondly, the attention to detail was evident throughout our stay. From the beautifully presented house to the well-maintained rooms, everything was top-notch. The rooms, in particular, were spacious and comfortable, with charming Scottish style décor that added a touch of authenticity to our experience. And to our delight, our room came with a bath - quite a treat for a guest house to offer! Lastly, we were impressed with the breakfast provided. There was a great choice of hot and cold food, catering to all tastes and preferences.

Friendly hosts, comfortable bed, quiet room, charming residential area. Best rate in Scotland, no August price increase. Convenient parking, good location between airport and city center. Great breakfast, easy public transport/taxi connections. Spacious room, en-suite bathroom, highly recommended.
